Join us for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll see preserving methods in action, swap ideas, and pick up practical skills you can use at home.

'Inside Out' - This is a Free workshop that is designed for women who may look like they are coping on the outside but are feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or exhausted underneath - and who would benefit from some practical tools, support, and connection.

It is a down-to-earth session with real talk, practical tools, and a supportive environment - Deanne Parks delivers it in a way that feels relatable, light and enjoyable.
